If you're trying an eligible Rub-N-Tug® product for the first time and you're not satisfied with it, contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Give us the opportunity to understand what's wrong and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, that may mean a replacement or refund.

First-Time Product Purchases

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the first purchase of each eligible Rub-N-Tug® product, per customer.

The Guarantee does not reset with repeat purchases. Once you've purchased and tried a particular product, later purchases of that same product are not covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

What We'll Need From You

Nothing complicated. We just need enough information to verify the purchase and understand the problem.

We may ask for your order number or proof of purchase, where and when the product was purchased, a brief description of the issue, and, when necessary, photographs of the product, packaging, or batch information.

Please do not mail an opened or used product back to us unless Rub-N-Tug® specifically asks you to do so.

Keep It Honest

This Guarantee is there for customers who genuinely aren't satisfied with their first experience with a Rub-N-Tug® product. It's not designed to provide free products or repeated refunds.

Rub-N-Tug® reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement when there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated or excessive claims, intentional damage, or misuse of the Guarantee.

Products that have been altered, adulterated, contaminated, tampered with, intentionally damaged, improperly stored, or used for something other than their intended purpose are not eligible for the Guarantee.

Where You Bought It Matters

The Guarantee applies to eligible Rub-N-Tug® products purchased directly from Rub-N-Tug® or from an authorized Rub-N-Tug® seller in the United States.

We cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, handling, or storage of products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized third-party websites.
