Welcome to Rub-N-Tug®.
This website is operated by Rub N Tug, LLC. Throughout the site, “Rub-N-Tug®,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rub N Tug, LLC.
By visiting our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.
If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the site.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, here's how this works.
1. USE OF OUR SITE
Use the Rub-N-Tug® website legally, responsibly, and for its intended purpose.
You may not use the site or our products in connection with illegal or unauthorized activity, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, introduce malicious software, scrape or misuse site content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect Rub-N-Tug®, our customers, our systems, or others.
2. PRODUCTS
We work hard to describe and display our products accurately.
Because screens, photography, packaging updates, natural ingredients, and normal production variations can differ, what you receive may not look absolutely identical to every photograph shown on the website.
Product availability may change, and certain products may be limited, modified, replaced, or discontinued.
Nothing on our website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a promise that a product will produce identical results for every person.
Hair is different. Beards are different. People are different.
That's life.
3. PRICES, PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Prices, discounts, bundles, promotions, free-shipping thresholds, and other offers may change from time to time.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or stacked.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, promotional, or product-description errors.
If an error materially affects an order you've already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order doesn't automatically mean we're required to accept it.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, misuse of a promotion, resale activity, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we'll refund the applicable amount.
Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information so we can actually get your Tug where it's supposed to go.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or other authorized payment providers available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
6. SHIPPING
Our Shipping Policy governs order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and related matters.
Current standard processing is generally 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates—not promises from Rub-N-Tug®.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our Refund & Return Policy and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee govern returns, refunds, replacements, and satisfaction claims.
Because we sell personal-care products, opened and used products aren't treated like ordinary retail returns.
If you've actually tried a product and aren't satisfied, our Satisfaction Guarantee explains what to do.
Please contact us before mailing anything back.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Rub-N-Tug® name, logos, slogans, product names where protected, website copy, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, packaging, advertising materials, and other original content belong to Rub N Tug, LLC or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Buying a jar of pomade does not mean you bought the logo too.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected material without permission.
9. REVIEWS, PHOTOS & CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to Rub-N-Tug®, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it doesn't violate another person's rights.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Rub-N-Tug® a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with our website, products, advertising, and marketing, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or decline content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, unrelated, infringing, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
We don't need fake reviews.
Real customers saying what they actually think works just fine.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or connect with third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, review platforms, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We aren't responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep information on Rub-N-Tug.com accurate and current.
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, outdated information, technical problems, or mistakes involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping information, or other content.
We reserve the right to correct legitimate errors and update information when necessary.
12. PROHIBITED USES
Don't use our website to commit fraud, violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, interfere with website security, collect customer information without authorization, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate our ordering, discount, review, or promotional systems.
Basically:
Don't be an asshole.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We don't guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay, or technical error.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rub N Tug, LLC and its members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rub N Tug, LLC harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Rub-N-Tug® website are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
17. SEVERABILITY
If one provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as Rub-N-Tug® grows, our products and services change, or legal requirements change.
The current version posted on our website will govern use of the site from its effective date forward.
